We often don't grow up knowing how to care for ourselves or move in ways that allow more freedom. Yet health is innate.
And we can learn the tools today to feel better supported and connected in our ongoing relationship to self.
Few of us have good role models and this stuff isn't really taught. We learn to push through pain and ignore signals.
The reality is we are actually stronger and can be more fulfilled when we become receptive to our sensitivity.
Welcome. I'm Caitlin and I help women nurture, strengthen, and better understand their bodies to heal emotionally and physically.
I believe we can't heal ourselves without a hefty dose of self-compassion and self-care.
I've transformed through my own journey of healing fibromyalgia, neck injuries, adrenal fatigue and all of the angst that goes along with feeling unwell after nearly a decade of living confused, frustrated, and disappointed with my symptoms.
The most important thing I've learned?
When you have a mentor who can help you listen to your body and understand it's messages, you can embody all of who you are - your full potential.
And that's what the world needs.

Caitlin Lyon, BCST, is a biodynamic craniosacral therapist, with offices in Solvang and Santa Barbara, CA. As a holistic health practitioner, her mission is to help clients feel more balanced, connected, and naturally vibrant. She specializes in women's health and addressing stress-related conditions and emotional wellbeing. Caitlin focuses on treating the whole person through an integrative approach to health and works at the crossroads of traditional healing arts and modern mind-body knowledge and neuroscience. Sought for her gentle and calm demeanor, she's helped dozens of babies, teens, men, and women overcome a variety of health issues as well as navigate difficult life challenges, ranging from depression and divorce to chronic pain and PMS. She enjoys offering her clients a truly holistic experience for achieving complete health and wellness - body, mind, and spirit.
Having worked in complementary health since 2003, Caitlin is a California-licensed massage practitioner with full 2-year certification in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy from the Pacific School of Biodynamic Integration and the Shea Education Trust. She pursued graduate studies in Chinese Medicine at the prestigious Five Branches University in Santa Cruz, CA, where she was immersed in every aspect of natural healing: herbs, naturopathic nutrition (food as medicine), Chinese Medicine dietetics, Chinese massage, acupressure, energetics, and other bodywork. She is a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition where she studied over 100 different dietary theories, plus practical lifestyle managment techniques, and innovative teaching methods with health experts. Her teachers included, Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University's Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willet, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard Universty; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.
A long-time yoga practitioner, Caitlin is the creator of popular women’s wellness series including, Heal and Reveal, and Yoga + Self-Care for Hormonal Harmony. She is guest speaker for various trainings and is currently a teaching assistant for Body Intelligence, an international craniosacral training program and anatomy school for bodyworkers and healthcare professionals. Her deepest passion lies in helping women find more ease in body, business, and life. She spends her free time writing, painting, knitting, and creating online programs and women's retreats.
