Hi Caitlin, I’m not sure if you remember me, but I came to you once for sciatica. It went away after that session so I didn’t have to come back! I’d love to see what else can be helped.

What a labor of love! Thank you so much. You are the sweetest, and now I feel that I can send my daughter off to college without being a complete wreck. So grateful.

Caitlin, I feel honored to have met you, and want you to know how much I have grown and gained from my short time at the retreat. I feel so much more centered than I ever have, communicating with parts I have pushed away my entire life. That warm, laughing light I felt in my session with you has been my daily companion, and I have realized it is my true self. I am emotional as I write this to you, but I feel like that was the first time I’ve ever felt it and understood what it was- my true inner light. And you and that session guided me to it. I will be forever grateful for that. Love, Selena

I was experiencing pain in my right jaw, or the temporomandibular joint as I learned it was called. It started with benign popping of the joint. Then, it escalated into an intense sharp pain when I would open my jaw too wide. This lasted for a few days before it turned into a more general soreness in that area and I enlisted the help of craniosacral therapy. I had tried standard methods of treatment prescribed by my doctor, such as anti-inflammatory drugs, ice, and heat. The craniosacral therapy gave me instantaneous relief. But the benefits went beyond my jaw and it was able to relax my whole body, which I found out was very tense. I was actually able to eat after treatment, whereas before I would have a hard time opening my mouth wide enough for even a sandwich. This became a real issue as I was not getting enough calories. I felt the craniosacral therapy working in the first treatment. I am very pleased with the outcome, and have been back numerous times as I feel progress every time!

I have had the privilege and pleasure of knowing Caitlin for almost a year now, as my Yoga instructor. Caitlin brings a unique energy and presence into the room, a nurturing gentleness that encourages the class to reach through the moves to achieve new levels in the practice. Her style and grace emanates from within, and she sets the tone of the practice effortlessly, genuinely concerned for each practitioner. Such a pleasure and gift to know and practice with Caitlin!

For the last 3 months, I have learned to fully realize myself and evolve as a person. In the beginning, it was just about the physical- stretching and flexibility. Then it turned to my stress-reliever. Now, the Yoga practice I do with Caitlin has transformed me into a new person, a person I can be happy with. I truly believe if you want to better yourself from deep within, anything is possible! We are the keys to our own destinies. Caitlin can show you the way to open new possibilities to a new you.

I keep coming back to Caitlin’s classes because she has a balance to her classes. Meditation is key to her class. She sets the tone for our classes and allows us to really focus on what we need to that day. Having that spiritual link in your class is vital in my opinion. I especially love the addition of yin poses to complement the regular yang poses. Again, balance is key.

My personal benefits have been peace of mind, clarity in my purpose, and new stamina to take on the day ahead. Anyone with an open mind to their yoga practice will benefit 100%! It doesn’t matter if you can’t touch your toes or you are a dancer or martial artist, anyone can feel the benefits of their practice if they truly seek it. Caitlin and her yoga practice has helped me find my path to enlightenment. It only takes a Leap of Faith and the will to keep practicing, but it will be worth it in the end.
